Description
The project consists of a real estate operation to renovate a building currently used as a warehouse/company in order to transform it into residences through a change of use. The project involves the recovery of the existing building as an action of economic and surface advantage compared to that of demolition and reconstruction. By exploiting the entire surface and volume of the existing building and using a few but fundamental modifications, the result is the possibility of establishing several real estate units that form a small residential complex near the historic city center.
